Rebecca has over 20 years of experience with adidas and Nike in Europe and North America. She has held executive leadership positions in Product Merchandising, General Management, Strategy, and Design. Rebecca is dedicated to solving problems creatively and fostering a safe environment that unlocks potential. In addition to consulting, she is a certified Executive and Leadership coach and sees herself as a partner in exploring new opportunities.
